About Quest PI
Casey B. Strom is the Principal Investigator of Quest Investigations, bringing over 16 years of experience in data forensics, IT systems, telecommunications infrastructure, and complex problem solving across multiple industries.
His background includes executive leadership of a multinational VoIP company, ongoing leadership on multiple boards and companies, and extensive consulting work spanning technology, operations, and legal support services.
Casey’s work sits at the intersection of technology and law. He has deep experience tracing digital activity, organizing complex data sets, and translating technical findings into clear, usable information for attorneys and decision makers.
His investigative approach is methodical, discreet, and grounded in real-world application, whether supporting litigation, locating individuals, or validating facts under scrutiny.
In addition to investigative work, Casey has hands-on experience in legal environments, including case intake, document preparation, due process procedures, and coordination of service. He is actively pursuing admission to the Washington State Bar, further strengthening his ability to support legal strategy from both investigative and procedural perspectives.
Casey is known as a trusted and confidential resource. When a matter falls outside his direct scope, he knows who to call and how to get results without wasting time.
Quest Investigations operates as a focused team of investigators and support staff with a single mission: to find answers, reduce uncertainty, and help clients move forward with confidence.
